Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a tv. The staff helped me with my luggage on my first visit. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back for Christmas!

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the short stroll of less than a 5-minute walk to West12 Shopping Centre for some convenient retail therapy, and just over 2 km from Kensington Palace, where I enjoyed walking around beautiful gardens and rich history.

I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed the cozy mini fridge in my room and the spacious shower that felt like home! There were great relaxation spots, including a lovely garden area and a comfy lounge to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was that the breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊
